Product Design
We can take your idea with you, from concept through to a finished product mould design.
Sampling
Our two single shot 50 tonne KraussMaffei machines are capable of producing samples from your tooling. Coupled to our expert knowledge and wealth of over 30 years experience we'll be using the most purpose required materials.
Prototype tooling
To evaluate two-shot moulding capabilities we will make single shot / over-mould soft tooling. Therefore, provide the customer with ample opportunity to make prototypes to be sure of the quality in production.

The Two-Shot Moulding facility consists of:

Clean Enclosure
• A soft wall clean enclosure is available around our 110 tonne two-shot machine; which provides air cleanliness to ISO Class 8.
G&A Moulding Technology certified staff
Production tooling
With our experienced product design, we will design comprehensive production tools. We will recommend the right tool maker for your project to produce for you products on a small to mass scale.
Post-ops
We can provide various operations to your multi-shot moulding, including; sonic welding, pad printing and assembly. We have 3 off sonic welding machines, 3 off pad-printers and a self contained assembly area.
